We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or via registering on our site or to attend one of our conferences, workshops, seminars or webinars. We will not sell, rent or share this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us.
We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request like adding creating a conference badge, certificate, registration forms, conference proceedings books and newsletters etc.
How long do we retain your data?
We collect data for several purposes and we do not have a singularly defined retention period.
Control over your Information
We have absolute control over information you may have of you. By default, it is opt out. You may opt in when you have contacted us and are requesting a service, in which case, we will use the email address you have provided to contact you, and also to provide information about future conferences or service. Again, you can contact us at any time to enquire of information we may have of you by contacting us on email to GDPR@c-mric.com
We take precautions to protect your information. All communication via our website is protected using a CA certificate-based encryption (for information in transit), and information at rest is protected using industry-standard whole-disk encryption. The computers and servers that process information are kept in secure areas, and hosted in appropriately assured data centres and provider secure locations.
C-MRiC may collect information about your use of the website through electronic communications protocols (e.g. web analytics) and cookies. As with the use of most websites, C-MRiC may automatically receive information from you as part of the electronic communication of browsing the website (cookies), which often consists of network routing information and web pages browsed.
